A project plan and team structure is then co-created with client leadership to implement the transformation or improvement initiative.
Implementation / Monitoring / Infrastructure development
We work side by side with you to design and/or implement the solutions identified in the analysis. A performance management system is implemented to jointly monitor progress, drive accountability and course correct as necessary. Throughout this process, we transfer essential continuous improvement knowledge and skills to our client’s working teams and leadership to develop an autonomous continuous improvement culture and capability.
Propagation / coaching
We work with the “C” Suite through front-line leadership to define and implement the breadth and depth of improvements to be propagated across the business.
