Business Assessments
Your Op-Excellence coach will quickly assess your business with you to identify and quantify the most critical issues and needs for the business. The coach will also work with you to ensure that your personal goals and objectives are aligned with the direction of the business.
Improvement Strategy Development
Based on the assessment results, your personal coach will work with you to craft an improvement strategy for the business that aligns with your personal goals and your business’ most critical improvement needs.
Daily Management / Performance Management
Based on the improvement strategy, your coach will help you design and implement a customized daily management system for your business that includes a visual performance board, daily huddles with your team/leaders, employee and leader standard work, mini-me development plans, standard work confirmation and where applicable hour by hour performance boards. Your coach will educate and train you in effectively implementing your daily management system and in the critical coaching and development skills you need as a leader to be highly effective.
Monthly Peer Advisory Group Meetings
Structured 1/2 day meetings are conducted by your coach once per month with no more than 12 non-competing business owners and leaders. These owners and leaders are trained and developed in the same high performance daily management system, waste identification and problem solving tools. This creates a high performing peer advisory group where all attendees are trained in and use the same methodologies, and speak the same improvement language. During the meetings, the attendees will help each other brainstorm and solve problems, and drive accountability with each other to achieve the business’ and your personal goals. Your coach will also research and share key business topics during the meeting that the group is interested in, and/or bring to the meeting a subject matter expert to present on the topic and answer the group’s questions.
Monitor and Coach
Between the monthly meetings, your personal coach will monitor your progress and provide coaching and consulting services to ensure that your small business issues and needs are surfaced and addressed.
